Box Seats

While Box Seats are not one of our sponsorship oppturnities they are one of the prized items for the guests of the Jim Bowie Days Rodeo. We have two levels of box seats the Premium Arena Box Seats and the VIP Box Seats which are located above the bucking shoots by the announcers booth. At the moment all of the avaible box seats have been taken however when this changes those on the Box Seat Waiting List will get their seats on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to be added to this list please contact Kaitlyn Higgins 940-366-6503.

Banners

$5000 – Title Sponsor
Title Sponsorship includes: 3 banners with your company name and logo; company logo on all
Jim Bowie Days flyers, handouts, schedules, posters, newspaper ads, rodeo program and mention
in 20 Radio/TV 30-second ads; flag with corporate logo to be carried in the arena during the nightly
rodeo performances; one box seat for all three nightly rodeo performances; Website and Facebook
exposure and continual vocal advertisement during the 3 nights of rodeo.
$3000 – Platinum Sponsor
Platinum Sponsorship includes: 2 banners with your company name and logo; company
logo on all Jim Bowie Days posters, newspaper, rodeo program and mention in 20 Radio/TV
30-second ads, Website and Facebook exposure and continual vocal advertisement during the
3 nights of rodeo.
$1500 – Gold Sponsor
Gold Sponsorship includes 2 banners with your company name and logo, Jim Bowie Days Poster,
mention in 10 30-second radio/TV ads, Website and Facebook exposure, Rodeo Program and
mention of your contribution several times during the Rodeo production.
$1000 – Bronze Sponsor
Bronze Sponsorship includes a banner with your company name and logo, Rodeo Program
special mention and mention in 5 30-second radio/TV ads, Website and Facebook exposure and
special mention throughout the rodeo events.
$1000 – Chute Sponsor (Only 6 Available)
Chute Sponsorship includes a banner with your company name and logo, which will be hung
on the outside of the arena for the month of June and then a sign that will be put on the chute
during the Rodeo Week. Your company name will be mentioned every time that chute is used.
$500 – Event Sponsor
Event Sponsorship includes a banner with your company name and logo, Rodeo program and
company announcement prior to and during your selected Rodeo Event. Please indicate which
Rodeo Event you would like to sponsor. (Contact Kaitlyn Higgins for event openings)
$200 – Banner Sponsor
Banner Sponsorship will receive a banner with your company name and logo placed outside the
rodeo ground starting the first of June and will be moved to the inside of the rodeo arena the
week of the events.
$100 – Special Sponsor
Special Sponsors will receive a form of special recognition along with their name inside of the
rodeo program and special shout-outs by announcer during events regarding your sponsorship.
